Tim Fergestad Ph.D. in Neuroscience, transitioned into a full-time real estate investor through being a licensed agent, single family rentals, land wholesaling, renovations, as well as an apartment syndication investor and operator. He currently owns interest as a General partner and Limited partner in over 2000 units of multifamily real estate.
