Phoenix based real estate investor

Tim Fergestad is a real estate investor and operator who partners with others to provide investments with strong returns which allow investors to start buying back their time and achieve financial freedom.

Tim’s experience with real estate, market investments, retirement accounts, insurance products, and tax strategies has made him a sought-after guide and has allowed him to help others discover private real estate investments. His investors include physicians, scientists, business owners, retirees, investment funds and institutional partners.

Tim regularly attends national and regional real estate conferences and has spoken at industry leading events. He has been a guest on many podcasts like Wealth Building Strategies, The Foundery, The Gentle Art of Crushing It, and The Lifetime Cashflow Podcast.

Prior to transitioning full time into investing, Tim used his Ph.D. in Neuroscience to study diseases in the Genetics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He now lives in Arizona with his wife, Jennifer Fergestad M.D., and their two teenagers.

Tim Fergestad believes that relationships are the cornerstone of success. His drive to help others has made him a sought-after partner for top investors. Before being the a full-time investor, Tim used his Ph.D. in Neuroscience to study the molecular mechanisms underlying synaptic function. Being a father of two teenagers and spouse of a busy physician means, when he is not traveling for conferences and inspecting properties, you’ll often find him sipping a fine tequila or diving in the Caribbean – all while managing his assets and serving his clients.
